Code of conduct

You must adhere to the following code of conduct and ensure that the content you send via the OUR VOICE API platform complies with it (this list is not exhaustive):

1. Mutual respect

We encourage all Our Voice users to treat each other with respect and courtesy. We do not accept hate speech, personal attacks, harassment or any other form of offensive behavior.

2. Legal use

Users must comply with the laws in force in Benin when using the Our Voice platform. It is forbidden to share or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Confidentiality and respect for privacy

Users must respect the confidentiality and privacy of others. It is forbidden to disclose sensitive personal information without appropriate consent.

4. Appropriate content

All content shared on the platform must be appropriate and comply with standards of decency. Users are responsible for the content they share and must refrain from publishing offensive, misleading, or harmful content.

5. Account security

Users are responsible for the security of their account and must take appropriate measures to protect their credentials. Unauthorized sharing or use of accounts is prohibited.

6. Reporting abuse

If you encounter any inappropriate, offensive, or suspicious behavior on the Our Voice platform, please report it immediately to our support team. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Respect for copyrights

Users must respect the copyrights and intellectual property rights of others. It is forbidden to share or distribute protected content without legal authorization.

8. Cooperation with the authorities

We cooperate fully with the competent authorities in the event of any investigation or suspected violation of the laws in force in Benin.

9. Changes to the code of conduct

Our Voice reserves the right to modify this code of conduct at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or notified to you by other means.

Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of a user's account.
